Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Company (Sidpec) generated EGP 14.713 billion in revenues during the first nine months of 2026, marking a 34.83% increase compared to the same period last year, according to the company’s financial disclosure to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).

The company’s net profit after tax came to EGP 1.496 billion during the nine months, down 0.48% from the same period a year earlier.

During the first half (H1) of 2026, Sidpec witnessed a 13% year-on-year (YoY) hike in revenues to EGP 8.53 billion.

Established in 1997, Sidpec produces and distributes petrochemical products, mainly ethylene, polyethylene, butane, and naphtha, among others. In 2025, Sidpec produced about 233,000 tons of ethylene and 188,000 tons of polyethylene.  The company is expanding globally, with its products reaching 57 countries, and a focus on new markets in South America.
