Gastec company has been awarded the ISO certificate 45001:2018 regarding occupational health and safety management and managed to renew its ISO certificate 14001:2015 regarding the environment management system, according to a press release.
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director Abdel Fattah Farahat mentioned that Gastec is highly interested in health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) measurements in all its operations.
Farahat elaborated that this interest aligns with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources strategy to apply the best international HSE standards within the industry.
Farahat added that Gastec aims at developing the operations of all its departments to provide featured services under HSEQ conditions.
Previously, Gastec has received ISO certificate 9001 and was the first company for natural gas for vehicles (NGV) that got ISO certificate 45001 in occupational health and safety management.
