President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi praised the East Mediterranean Gas Forum (EMGF) as it set up a defined framework for joint projects in the natural gas field.

Hamdy Abdel Aziz, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, stated that the new Egypt-Greece maritime demarcation agreement will create exploration and production (E&P) bid round opportunities in the Mediterranean.
