Tenaz Energy Corp anounced it has finalized the proposal of acquiring SDX Energy company (the Scheme of Arrangement after 20.2% of issued and outstanding shares have voted in favor with the proposal while 21.6% refused the Scheme at the SDX meeting.

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, held bilateral talks with Amani Abou-Zeid, Commissioner for Energy and Infrastructure of the African Union. The talks dealt with discussing the unified vision for energy transformation in Africa, which will be presented at the COP27 climate summit scheduled to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh on the seventh of next November.
El Molla stated that Egypt welcomes Emirati investments in the various petroleum sectors, pointing to the promising investment opportunities that Egypt abounds in.
Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, held a coordination meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Petroleum to discuss the preparations for Egypt’s hosting of the COP27 World Climate Summit in Sharm El Sheikh next November.
