Yemeni forces fired ballistic missiles at the facilities of the Saudi state oil giant, Aramco, in the southwest of Saudi Arabia and Abha airport in Assir province in retaliation to Saudi attacks on a southwestern province of Saada, in Yemen, reported Fars News.

According to news outlets, the damage to Aramco’s facilities in the attack has been considerable, but no specific details were offered, and Saudi Arabia has not confirmed the veracity of the reports, according to Oil Price.

The Yemeni attack comes just days after another one, launched by the Houthi rebel group, also targeting Aramco facilities. Neither of the attacks have been confirmed by Saudi sources or Aramco itself. Yet, Aramco officials said that all its refineries were operating as usual.
