Badawi Meets Enppi Leaders to Review Major Projects

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi has held a meeting with the leaders of the Engineering for Petroleum and Process Industries (Enppi), headed by Chairman Wael Lotfy.

During the meeting, Badawi stated that Enppi is a well-established company with a global reputation, and has been able to achieve success stories over the decades that call for pride. It has the potential, capabilities and human competencies that qualify it to become a strategic engineering partner with global companies in implementing various major projects, not only those related to fossil fuel activities.

In this context, Badawi emphasized the importance of cooperation with state institutions and relevant ministries to achieve the desired goals in the coming period. He noted that the Ministry is fully committed and prepared to provide all necessary support to create new success stories in the petroleum sector, ultimately contributing to the national economy.

Meanwhile, Lotfy reviewed the most important projects that Enppi contributed to implementing inside and outside Egypt. He also reviewed the company’s plan to increase its revenues until 2028.

Lotfy pointed out that the company seeks to expand its business outside Egypt through its branches spread across the Gulf countries and a number of African countries, in addition to its offices in the United States, Italy and Venezuela.
