Tendrara Exploration to Cover 30% of Morocco’s Natural Gas Needs

The Moroccan Minister of Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development, Abdelaziz Rebbah, has announced that the recently discovered natural gas in Tendrara is anticipated to cover up to 30% of Morocco’s natural gas needs.

Abu Dhabi Sees Boost in Oil, Gas Reserves

Abu Dhabi’s Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) approved the launch of a new pricing mechanism for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's (ADNOC) onshore crude oil and Murban. Furthermore, it announced an increase in oil and natural gas reserves, as well as new discoveries in Abu Dhabi.

Eni: New Resources Discovered in Offshore Gulf of Suez

Eni announced the discovery of new resources in the Abu Rudeis Sidri development lease in the Gulf of Suez, where Petrobel, equally held by Eni and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), drilled an appraisal well of the discovery of Sidri South last July.

Egypt Signs 83 E&P Agreements in 4 Years

The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources succeeded in signing a total of 83 E&P agreements between November 2013 and December 2017. The agreements were sealed with IOCs with minimum investments around $15.5 billion.
