CNOOC, Shell Invest $5.6 B in New Ethylene Project

China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) and Shell Petrochemicals Company Ltd (CSPC), a joint venture established by CNOOC and Royal Dutch Shell, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shell worth $5.6 billion for the phase III ethylene project.
