Shell Appoints Haytham Yehia Chairman, CEO for Shell Lubricants Egypt

Shell has announced the appointment of Haytham Yehia as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shell Lubricants Egypt, and Cluster General Manager for the Middle East and Central Asia for Shell Lubricants.

In the capacity of his new role, he will oversee the operations in the designated region, with a focus on Egypt. Yehia brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success in expanding Shell’s lubricants business, where he has previously doubled growth across 18 diverse markets, leading a community across different functions and nationalities.

Yehia’s career spans several sectors, including FMCG, B2B, and commercial lubricants, with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and supply chain management. Known for his visionary leadership and transformative impact, he has been instrumental in establishing innovative business models and building high-performance teams.
