Dana Gas Records 48% YoY Higher Net Profit in 9M 2026

UAE natural gas company Dana Gas has posted a 48% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profits during the first nine months (9M) of 2026, according to a press release on November 6.

The company’s net profit jumped to AED 558 Mn ($152 Mn) in 9M 2026 from AED 379 Mn ($103 Mn) a year earlier.

Dana Gas attributed the surge in  its profits to higher production and a stronger oil price environment, with improved realized hydrocarbon prices providing a significant contribution to revenue and profitability.

Similarly, the company’s revenue soared 48% YoY to AED 1.38 Bn ($377 Mn) in 9M 2026.

Dana Gas’ production increased by 17% YoY in the third quarter of 2026, while its net profit jumped by 50% during the same period.

Richard Hall, CEO of Dana Gas, commented: “Higher production at Khor Mor and stronger realised hydrocarbon prices have driven improved earnings, demonstrating the tangible returns from our investments. We see significant further potential as utilisation of the expanded facilities increases.”

“Looking ahead, our priority is to sustain this momentum, further strengthen cash generation, and deliver long-term value to Shareholders. We continue to engage constructively with the KRI to improve collections and reduce outstanding receivables. Together with our strengthening financial position, these continued efforts underpin our commitment to sustainable dividends,” Hall added.
