Saipem’s Revenues Up 1.6% during Q3, 8.4% in First Nine Months of 2025

The financial results of Saipem, the global leader engineering and construction company, showed an increase in revenues by 1.6% in Q3 2025, reaching €3.8 billion compared to €3.71 billion in Q3 2024.

Furthermore, revenues of the first nine months in 2025 increased 8.4% to €10.98 billion compared to €10.13 billion during the same period in 2024.

Saipem has played a central role in the development of Egypt’s Zohr gas field, one of the largest discoveries in the Mediterranean. The company was awarded multiple engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) contracts by Eni for both the offshore and onshore phases of the project.

Its work included installing subsea pipelines, umbilicals, and the field’s control system, as well as constructing the onshore gas treatment plant in Port Said. Saipem utilized its specialized vessels, such as the Castorone and Saipem 3000, to complete the offshore installations efficiently, contributing to Zohr’s record-fast production startup in late 2017 and its continued expansion in subsequent phases.

According to the results, the company’s net profit increased to €221 million in the nine months, while €81 million was recorded in Q3 2025. It recorded €206 million in the same period in 2024.

The company confirms the guidance that it announced in February 2025 with revenues of about € 15 billion.

Saipem S.p.A. is specializing in energy and infrastructure projects. Founded in 1957 as part of Eni, Saipem operates globally in over 50 countries, providing offshore and onshore engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) services. The company is a major contractor for oil, gas, and renewable energy developments, with a growing focus on offshore wind, hydrogen, and carbon capture.
