The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) has made great strides in resolving citizen complaints and delivering excellent levels of customer service.
This came in a detailed report prepared by Tarek El Rifai, Director of the unified government complaint system at the Cabinet. The report was submitted to Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly to follow up on the system’s achievements in January 2025.
El Rifai explained that MoPMR and its affiliated companies dealt with approximately 3,300 complaints and reports, which the ministry dealt with seriously upon their receipt by sending emergency teams from various companies to the locations of complaints and reports to protect lives and property.
