The global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, MMEC Mannesmann GmbH (MMEC), has launched its regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi to meet the high demand of oil and gas, chemicals, metals and mining and renewables sectors in the Middle East, Pipeline Oil & Gas Magazine reported.
The company will work with its office in Dubai and its headquarters in Germany to strengthen its presence in the region and leverage on the opportunities coming from the oil and gas, chemical and mining sectors.
“We consider our decision to open an office in the UAE is a significant strategic move and has come at a time when the region is going through an exciting period. This will allow us to collaborate with new partners and leverage on the new opportunities that this region offers,” MMEC general manager Anas Al Juaid said.
MMEC has more than 50 years of experience implementing projects in around 80 countries including the sulfur pipeline project recently awarded by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Sour Gas.
The company is specialized in delivering upstream and downstream projects in oil, gas and chemical industries.
