Gazprom announced that it has transferred its subsoil use license for the area that includes the Vaneyvisskoye and Layavozhskoye fields to its joint venture (JV) with LUKOIL, Layavozhneftegaz LLC (LVNG LLC).

This announcement was made during the meeting that was held between President of PJSC LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Chairman of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom Alexey Miller.

According to the statement, LVNG LCC will design fields’ development and construction of infrastructure facilities. This process will involve the results of the 3D seismic exploitation that was completed in 2021.
