Libya’s Alfaragh Field Begins Pumping Gas

Libya’s National Oil Company (NOC) announced that the country’s largest gas field, Alfaragh, began pumping gas to the Electrical Sarir station.

Waha Oil Company’s Alfaragh field is located 60 km southwest of its Jalu field.

The company clarified that electricity cut-off hours will be reduced as the Electrical Sarir station enters the electricity grid.

Over the next few months, crude oil production is expected to reach one million and two hundred thousand barrels per day.
