EGAS is in negotiations with the Algeria’s Sonatrach, to import LNG shipments starting from next year, reported Al Markazy.

According to unnamed sources at EGAS, the deal includes 6 shipments, each amounting to 145 thousand cubic meters, where delivery will begin in March 2016.

Egas expects to send a delegation to Algeria in November at the latest to close the deal.
