Angola will attend the 12th Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) meeting set for 23-27 this month in the Ezulwini Valley region of Swaziland, Angola Press learnt Friday from official source AllAfrica reported.

Angola will be represented at the event by the Regulator Institute of the energy sector (IRSE), according to the institution’s site. The source indicates that the Angolan delegation will be led by the institution CEO, Luís Mourão, integrated by the manager for the technical area, José Quarta.

The meeting will discuss the themes like “Energy Investments in the sector”, “The leading role of the regulator” and “Technical assistance to the Energy Regulator Regional Association”. This will ensure institutionalisation of long-term sustainable training as a programme that will improve the rapprochement among the continent’s energy regulators.
