NPCC Inaugurates ADNOC’s Offshore Platform
National Petroleum Construction Company has completed constructing the Umm Lulu Gas Treatment Plant (ULGTP), one of the largest offshore oil platforms in the world, for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
