Tethy company announced that its share of oil production from Blocks 3, 4 in Oman in May amounted to 346,890 barrels of oil, corresponding to 11,190 barrels per day (b/d) of oil, according to a press release.
The statement elaborated that the oil production in Oman is under the production limitations set by the OPEC+ agreement. Therefore, production form Blocks 3, 4 is subject to limitations but is likely to fluctuate on monthly basis.
Tethys Oil holds 30% stake in Block 3,4, while Mitsui E&P Middle East B.V. holds 20% and the operator CC energy Development holding the remaining 50%.
