Jeff Lembcke has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Products and Technologies and Chief Technology Officer at the Saudi-based Industrialization Energy Services Company (TAQA), bringing over 40 years of global engineering leadership experience. In his new role, Lembcke will be overseeing the technology strategy, product innovation, and engineering excellence across the company’s diversified portfolio.

He previously worked at the global energy services company, Weatherford International, serving as Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering Quality, and Vice President of Research, Development, and Engineering.

Furthermore, he led the integration of over 40 mergers and acquisitions in innovation and operational efficiency. He also holds over 50 US patents in multiple areas including artificial lift, fiber optics, and production optimization. He also contributed to the development of global industry standards as he worked at API and ISO Technical Committees for 35 years.

TAQA has recently expanded its presence in Egypt through the inauguration of a new integrated operations center in Cairo. This center serves as a hub for managing TAQA’s activities in Egypt, capitalizing on the country’s promising opportunities, logistical advantages, advanced infrastructure, and distinguished geographical location.

In 2023, TAQA acquired Al Mansouri Petroleum Services Company, leveraging the capabilities of 27 Egyptian companies to provide comprehensive well services offered by TAQA, including drilling, production, exploration, and other services, to serve the petroleum sector in Egypt.
