Saudi Aramco, APC Ink New Deal

Arabian Pipes Company (APC) inks a new deal with Saudi Aramco to supply steel pipes, according to Mubasher.

The contract timeline is set for 11 months, with a value cost estimated at approximately SAR 160m ($42.6m). APC will supply Saudi Aramco with longitudinal submerged arc-welding (LSAW) steel pipes, manufactured in its factory in Jubail industrial city.

The financial results of this deal should become evident in Q3 and Q4 of 2020. APC is a manufacturer and a marketer for welded steel pipes in the oil and gas industry. It aims to provide a quality piping solution to meet the industry needs and create a partnership with the industry clients. APC provides high quality products and aspire towards localizing the latest piping solutions technologies. The company has two operating factories, the first one averages on a capacity of 160 thousand tons per year of Electric Resistance Welded ERW pipes is located in Riyadh. The second one which is located in Jubail industrial city averages a capacity of 300 thousand tons of LSAW pipes per year.
