Petrosafe Company carried out a maneuver to combat marine petroleum pollution called “Misr El-Mahrousa 15” at El Nasr Petroleum Company’s academy, in the presence of the heads of companies, and under the auspices of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoP), the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), the Ministry of Environment, Environmental Protection Agency, and the petroleum companies dealing with the Red Sea Ports Authority.

The drill was carried out by creating a fake oil spill in the Zeiteyat port in Suez that was handled  by utilizing advanced global control systems. This initiative came within the framework of efforts to  preserve of the marine environment from oil spills, which aligns with the environmental law No. 4 for 1994.
