Petromaint has announced that it has conducted its general assembly meeting to discuss several topics, including increasing its capital from EGP 300 million to EGP 1 billion.
The meeting also witnessed discussions on expanding the company’s business to include new fields such as green hydrogen, solar cells, new and renewable energy, exporting, paving roads, Local manufacturing within Petromaint’s huge workshops, and projects of water, offshore platforms, and production lines.
Petromaint Chairman Ibrahim Motawea highlighted completing procedures to renew the company’s branch contract in Libya in addition to establishing a new branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and renewing the agreement of the UAE branch.
These steps aim to expand the company’s business in markets outside Egypt.
