The move aims to support leadership positions with diverse competencies and expertise and contribute to achieving the Ministry’s objectives.
Mohamed Mostafa Mohamed Sayed has been appointed as Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs at the Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO). In 2023, Mohamed served as the General Manager for Administrative Affairs at Agiba Petroleum Company, and then as Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs at the company.
Ahmed Sharaf El-Din Ahmed Mohamed has been appointed as Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs at Agiba Petroleum Company. He began his career as a Personnel Affairs Specialist in Administrative Affairs at Qarun Petroleum Company in 1998. He progressed through ranks in the sector until he became Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs at the Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO) in 2021.
Wessam Ekram Refki Mahmoud has been appointed as Assistant Chairman for Administrative Affairs of Alamein Petroleum Company, under the supervision of the Managing Directors. Wessam started his career as a Labor Relations Specialist at PetroGulf in 1996. He later became General Manager for Human Resources at El Wastani Petroleum Company in 2014 and General Manager for Administrative Affairs at Alfanar Petroleum Company in 2019, before assuming his current position.
Tamer Ahmed Abdallah Mohamed Ibrahim has been appointed General Manager for Administrative Affairs at Petrosannan Petroleum Company. Tamer began his career at GUPCO in 2002 and advanced through various roles in the sector, serving as General Manager for Personnel Affairs at Petrosilah Petroleum Company in 2020 before taking up his new position.
