South Sinai Governor, Khaled Fouda, has inaugurated a solar energy station in Abu Ghrkud village at Abu Rudeis in the presence of Schneider Electric Egypt's Deputy CEO, Sherif Abdel Fattah.
South Sinai Governor, Khaled Fouda, has inaugurated a solar energy station in Abu Ghrkud village at Abu Rudeis in the presence of Schneider Electric Egypt's Deputy CEO, Sherif Abdel Fattah.
The announcement was made during the India-Africa Project Partnership conclave that took place on March 17 – 19 in New Delhi.
After completing the solar plant, it is expected to have a production capacity of around 300 megawatts to meet the energy needs of approximately 45,000 homes in the Al Jawf region.
Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has set aside $5.2 billion to carry out projects in the upcoming five years, KNPC CEO Mohammed Al-Mutairi said.
