Italy's Eni and London-listed Afren have struck out with their Nunya-1X exploration well off Ghana proving water-bearing.

Afren has announced that operator Eni Ghana has commenced drilling of the Nunya-1X exploration well on the Keta Block, located offshore Ghana.
