ExxonMobil Egypt Praises Enactus Egypt’s Champion

ExxonMobil Egypt proudly joined the final round of Enactus Egypt’s annual national competition, bringing together 1,200 students. Ain Shams University Enactus team is the national champion of this competition with an innovative project entitled “Crevita”, for the use of crayfish shells in multiple applications, including poultry feed and bio-pesticides, among other uses.

El Molla Talks Unified Energy Vision with the African Union

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, held bilateral talks with Amani Abou-Zeid, Commissioner for Energy and Infrastructure of the African Union. The talks dealt with discussing the unified vision for energy transformation in Africa, which will be presented at the COP27 climate summit scheduled to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh on the seventh of next November.

Ministers of Petroleum, Environment Discuss Preparations for COP27 Decarbonization Day

Centamin Announces 11% YoY Production Increase in Q2 2022

In the announcement of its quarterly performance results for Q2 2022, Centamin reported increased gold production of 110,788 ounces (oz) for the three months ending on June 30, an 11% increase compared to the same period of 2021 and a 19% growth from the output in Q1 2022. The production increase reflects the benefits of the improved open pit grade and the underground transition.
