The Huajin Aramco Petrochemical Company celebrated the groundbreaking of a significant integrated refinery and petrochemical complex (HAPCO). The facility at Panjin, in China's Liaoning Province, is being built by a joint venture between Aramco (30%), NORINCO Group (51%), and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group (19%).
