Following his appointment as Uniper SE’s CEO Michael Lewis has announces that he will step down from his position as a member of the board of directors in Equinor ASA on March 16, 2023, in order to prevent any potential conflict of interest.

It has not been announced when he will start serving as Uniper’s CEO.
