An Agreement of Intent has been signed between Russia’s RusKhimAlyans Company and Linde Engineering Company for stablishing gas processing complex in Ust-Luga, as part of the complex for processing ethane-containing gas (GPC of CPECG), according to a press release issued by Gazprom.
The agreement was signed by Director General of RusKhimAlyans, Kirill Seleznev, and Juergen Nowicki, CEO of Linde Engineering, during a meeting between Chairman of Gazprom Management Committee, Alexey Miller and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Linde, Wolfgang Reitzle, to review the current issues of cooperation including the establishment of Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) project.
The agreement outlined the main terms and conditions of a prospective EPSS contract providing for engineering services, equipment supplies, and maintenance of gas processing and off-site facilities.
RusKhimAlyans is an operating and a special purpose company established on a parity basis by Gazprom and RusGazDobycha.
