Premier Oil Company announced that all conditions requested for merger with Chrysaor company have been fulfilled and all the requisite anti-trust approvals has been received, Premier announced in a statement.

The company also added that the regulatory conditions of the transaction regarding Premi Chrysaor’s license interest in the UK have been completed and it has received anti-trust approval form the Mexican Economic Competition Commission.

According to the statement, the merging transaction is expected to be completed by the end of March after sanction of the Scottish Court of the restructuring plans taking place on March 19.
