MoPMR and bp Conclude Intensive UK Training Program for Future Energy Leaders

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), in collaboration with bp, successfully concluded an intensive one-month training program in the UK as part of its Young and Middle Management Program.

The training focused on leadership, mentoring, and project management skills and involved ten participants from the Young Leaders Program.

This initiative was part of an advanced six-month training program organized by MoPMR and bp, spanning June to December 2024, which included practical training in both Egypt and the UK.

The program reflects the commitment of MoPMR and its strategic partner, bp, to fostering the continuous development of future leaders in the energy sector.

The UK-based training provided participants with a unique opportunity to enhance their leadership and professional skills. It included engaging leadership and mentoring sessions, where participants interacted with bp leaders to gain valuable insights and a global perspective. Additionally, they completed a specialized two-week project management course at the University of Manchester.

This comprehensive program equips participants with the strategic and leadership capabilities essential for achieving excellence in their careers.
