In its efforts to enhance cooperation with the private sector, Alexandria Petroleum Maintenance CO. (Petromaint) has announced the signing of two separate agreements with PetroFarah and Power Generation Engineering & Service Company (PGESCo).

Petromaint and PetroFarah‎ agreed to sign a continuous technical services agreement in a meeting at the company’s Cairo headquarters. The signatories for this agreement include Petromaint’s Chairman & Managing Director Ahmed Fouad, PetroFarah’s General Manager & Managing Director Keith Dowling, and Operations General Manager Mohamed Suleiman (on behalf of PetroFarah’s CEO Mohamed Beydoun). Furthermore, this agreement demonstrates an effort to increase the volume of partnerships with other players in the oil and gas sector.

Fouad also met with ‎PGESCo‘s CEO Ahmed Ramadan at Petromaint’s headquarters in Egypt’s capital to finalize another joint cooperation agreement with them. PGESCo specializes in consulting, engineering design and managing major projects in the fields of energy, water and infrastructure.
