Crude oil and condensate production in Oman amounted to 30.08 million barrels, while oil exports totaled 29.74 million barrels, as per the Omani Ministry of Oil and Gas Monthly Report, Muscat Daily reports.
Oman’s oil production averaged 970,305 barrels per day (b/d), while exports averaged 959,406 b/d.
Data showed that Omani oil exports to China dropped 22.5% in August compared with the previous month.
China accounted for 55.5% of Oman’s crude oil exports.
Meanwhile, exports to Japan and India increased noticeably by 16% and 13.2%, respectively.
