The Egyptian Minister of Petroleum, Tarek El Molla, presided over a ministry’s workshop aimed at studying suitable methods to improve oil and gas sector in Egypt, formulate a vision and outline a plan for the coming period, reported Al Bawaba News. The oil and gas sector is to practice its role in developing Egypt’s natural resources in an estimated period of three to five years, Rose Al Youssef Newspaper quoted the minister as saying.
Deputy Ministers of Petroleum, the Chairmans of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), and of the Egyptian Gas Holding Company attended the workshop, which hoped to pave the way for increasing efficiency, and improving human skills to suit the changes in the market.
