Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El-Molla, has visited the petrochemical projects that are currently under implementation in Alexandria. He has inspected the development projects at the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company as well as at the Egyptian Ethylene & Derivates Company (ETHYDCO).

The Minister stressed the importance of completing ETHYDCO’s project for producing petrochemicals within the assigned time frame, in line with earmarked costs of investment, and the required safety regulations.

Engineer Mohammed Taher, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Petroleum; Engineer Mohamed Saafan, Chairman of the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company; Engineer Mohammed Shemi, the Director of Petrojet; and Engineer Imam Al-Saeed, Chairman of ENPPI, accompanied the Minister on his tour.
