Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, issued a decree to appoint Eng. Abdel Moneim Hafez Al-Baghdadi as the Chief Executive Officer of Petroleum Pipelines Company, replacing Eng. Mohamed Fathy who has reached the retirement age.
