Oil Minister Launches Egypt Petroleum Show EGYPS 2017

Egypt’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, has launched the upcoming International Conference Egypt Petroleum Show – EGYPS 2017 – to be held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, the ministry announced.

The minister said that Egypt was welcoming the event as it represents a strong sign of the country’s solid status in the oil industry. The petroleum sector seeks to take advantage of the conference in Egypt by highlighting its exploration and production activities as well as investment opportunities, along with refining, marketing and petrochemical operations.

The minister made the statement at a press conference held with the presence of the Ministry’s First Under Secretaries, EGPC and the Holding companies’ Chairmen, along with Christopher Hudson, President of DMG Events, Energy Division, the organizer of the conference and exhibition.
