Nigeria’s Crude Exports  Record a High

Nigeria exported 64.86 mmbbl, or 2.09 mmbbld, of oil including condensates in July, in comparison to 1.98 mmbbld in June, data released by state oil company Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation showed, Platts reported.

This is the highest export volume out of Nigeria since April this year, when it exported 2.13 mmbbld, NNPC data showed.

In July, 38% of Nigerian crude exports went to Europe, compared to June where 54% of Nigerian crude exports went to this region, while 35% of Nigeria’s July exports went to Asia.

The biggest buyers that month in Europe was the Netherlands, followed by Spain, France, the UK, Portugal, Germany and Italy.
