NEPCO Proposes LNG Cargos’ Tender

The Jordan’s National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) proposed a tender on February 16, to buy a cargo for the supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to be delivered in April 2020, according to a statement by the company.

Interested bidders can obtain the documents for a non-refundable fee as tender document value from the Purchasing Department at NEPCO at Zahran Street, 7th circle in Sweifieh, in exchange for a free-of-charge security guarantee in the form of a bank warranty.

The company added that offers should be submitted to the Secretary of the Tendering Committee within 48 hours from the date of the proposal.

The proposal was issued by the Central Procurement Committee (CPC) of the Government of Jordan, on behalf of NEPCO, which included instructions to bidders, an overview of the tendering process with the prerequisite for bidding, timetable, instructions, and requirements, in addition to details on the bid letters and the form of confirmation notice.
