Kuwait’s oil prices fell on Friday, even as global prices rose, reports Kuwait News Agency.
The price per barrel for Kuwaiti oil fell from $49.15 on Thursday to $48.77 on Friday, a drop of $0.38 (0.8%), according to the Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC).
The price of West Texas crude and Brent crude rose on Friday. West Texas crude rose to $49.46 per barrel, an increase of $0.43 (0.9%) while Brent crude rose to $52.40, an increase of $0.39 (0.7%), according to Kuwait News Agency.
