UAE’s Gulf Marine Services (GMS), an offshore contractor that provides self-propelled, self-elevating accommodation jackup barges, received a notice of early termination for a mid-size class self-elevating support vessels (SESV) supporting well services for a national oil company in the MENA region, Your Industry News wrote.
The reported vessel is expected to come off charter early Q4 2016, according to Offshore Energy Today .
The company recently won a new contact for a mid-size class vessels and was awarded an extension on a small class vessels contract.
The company, which has a 14-strong fleet of SESVs, supports the oil and gas and renewables sectors from its offices in the UEA, Saudi Arabia and the UK.
