DEKA Development Project

Towards maximizing the usage of our existing resources and increasing the Gas production to fulfill the growing domestic needs, a new development project has been launched recently by Petrobel. The project is targeting the development of both the Denise and Karawan fields in Temsah Concession located at offshore Egypt in order to add a Natural Gas production of about 210 MMScfd, with an estimated cost of $ 470 MM.

Agiba Gas Generation Plant in Raml Field

Agiba has succeeded in completing a 2.4 MW gas power generation plant project in the Raml field. The project was undertaken with the aim of simultaneously boosting cost-effectiveness of power generation and efficiency of power generation.

New Piping Modifications in SUCO, Agiba and GUPCO (U-102 & U-104) Existing Facilities

The Egyptian General Petroleum Company (EGPC) has concluded an agreement in conjunction with the Egyptian Bahraini Gas Derivatives Company (EBGDCO) and Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries (ENPPI), to implement a piping and instrumentation modifications project in the existing facilities of companies SUCO, Agiba and GUPCO. The target of the project is to create a new circulation stream to supply EBGDCO's NGL plant with 150 MMSCFD feed gas.

Qasr Gas Development Project

The Seth development project is one of the major projects that is held by the Belayim Petroleum company (Petrobel) on behalf of the Pharaonic Company

Hilal redevelopment project

The existing Hilal platform is located in the Shoab Ali field in the Gulf of Suez. The platform was constructed and installed in 1984. However, 10 years later, the platform was severely damaged by ship impact and fire. Figure 1.1 shows the facility immediately post the ship impact.

Assil and Karam fields on the development track
