Eni has recently closed the agreement signed last December with the Egyptian state represented in the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), and the Spanish Naturgy company that will restart the Damietta liquefaction plant in Egypt
