Iraq to Resume Oil Exports to Jordan
Jordan’s Energy Minister, Hala Zawati, has finalized procedures to resume Iraqi oil exports to Jordan after Iraq stopped exporting after oil prices dropped to less than $20 per barrel.
Jordan’s Energy Minister, Hala Zawati, has finalized procedures to resume Iraqi oil exports to Jordan after Iraq stopped exporting after oil prices dropped to less than $20 per barrel.
Hala Zawati, Jordan’s Minister of Energy that in February 2020 they received approximately 290,000 barrels of crude oil at a rate of 10,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) from the Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company.
Iraq exported around 204,000 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) to Jordan during September, according to Energy Minister Hala Zawati.
