Total Fires Up 2nd Yemen LNG Train

Total announced that the second train of the Yemen LNG natural gas liquefaction plant has started production. Combined with liquefied natural gas (LNG) production from the first train, commissioned on October 15, 2009, it will enable the Yemen LNG plant to reach its full capacity.

Maersk Oil farms in to exploration wells offshore Brazil

Maersk Oil has reached an agreement to farm in with a 20% non-operated interest in licence BM-C-34 offshore Brazil from Devon subject to regulatory approvals. The planned activities include drilling of up to four exploration wells.
