Sea Dragon announced  a merger deal with Madison PetroGas. The purpose of the merger is to create a stronger company, which will be  renamed SDX Energy. Egypt Oil & Gas (EOG) spoke to Ahmed Moaaz, Country Director and found out that the merger will not have any effect on the company in Egypt, at least for the time being. Moaaz explained that the merger is only on a board level.
