Rashid Petroleum Company (Rashpetco) received an energy development unit (EDU) for feeding oil wells with electricity, according to a statement.

This came after the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), represented by the Arab-British Dynamics Company (ABD), in cooperation with the Engineering Petroleum Services (EPS), successfully renewed and developed the feeding unit according to the latest models.

Sherif Hasaballah, Head of Rashpetco, explained that developing the unit provided the company with more than EGP 5 million in savings. Since last March, several technical tests were successfully conducted on the unit, Hasaballah added, commending ABD’s efforts and technical excellence in the project.
