His Excellency Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi translated his support for Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPS 2017) by personally inaugurating EGYPS Exhibition. On his tour around two halls, he was accompanied by Petroleum Minister, Tarek El Molla, and other major industry leaders, reported Egypt Oil&Gas.

His Excellency’s first steps led to the booth of the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) that stands in the center of the Egyptian oil and gas industry over its tremendous input and contribution to the development of the giant gas field, Zohr. EGAS’ Chairman, Mohamed El Masry, informed the President of the most recent progress that the company has recorded.

After EGAS, the President visited the Oil Ministry’s exhibition entitled ‘Modernization Program: Dream, Change, Achieve’ to follow upon the ongoing national initiative that aims to accomplish a major overhaul of the sector in terms of its structures, processes, health and performance.

The presidential excursion in EGYPS Exhibition also approached booths of several major sponsors. ExxonMobil, the Diamond Sponsor of the event had an honor to meet the President and invite him in for a short presentation of the company’s exhibition.

After the President’s departure, the three exhibition halls started oozing their full business potential and embraced the crowds to accomplish all desirable outcomes in these three days.
