Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) Company has prepared an integrated five-year strategy seeking to increase investment in human capital, restructure the digital transformation using AI, improve productivity, reduce unnecessary costs, increase market share, and maximize revenues, PMS Chairman Amr Badawi pointed out.

This came during the sixth extraordinary general assembly meeting chaired by Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi. The meeting discussed amending the articles of association by adding new activities and the potential of establishing new branches abroad.

Minister Badawi praised the strategic approach of the Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) Company, which focuses on optimal utilization of assets, achieving sustainable growth, and diversifying the company’s sources of revenue.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of PMS stated that the company has developed an advanced strategy to add energy activities to the company’s business scope, alongside oil and gas, to include wind farm projects and electricity transmission. It also includes adding seaports inside and outside Egypt for the company’s clients and adding dredging and coastal protection activities.

Additionally, he confirmed that the company aims to add a shipping agency business, enabling it to fulfill all procedures related to owned units and units rented from others, in addition to its aspiration to establish new branches outside Egypt.
